Job summary

A luxury hotel group in Ipoh, Malaysia is seeking an experienced The Club & Guest Relations Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in guest relations within world-class service hotels and strong leadership skills. This role includes ensuring guest satisfaction and providing quality service. Fluency in spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua is required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience at the Front Office / Guest Relations in world-class service hotels.
  • Customer-oriented and self-motivated independent individuals.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Understand guest preferences and provide quality service.
  • Greet VIP/Club guests and bid farewell.
  • Provide a smooth check-in and check-out experience, as well as F&B services to guests.
  • Handle inquiries and collect feedback from guests.
  • Ensure all interactions with guests are handled professionally and with care.
  • Supervise The Club & Guest Relations operation and workflow to maximize guests’ satisfaction.
