A leading F&B group is seeking experienced Sous Chef & Commis Chef specializing in Thai cuisine to join their team in Kajang. Responsibilities include assisting the Head Chef, supervising food preparation, and ensuring compliance with hygiene standards. Candidates must have proven experience in a Thai kitchen and a good understanding of Thai cooking techniques. Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef / Demi Chef / Commis Chef in a Thai kitchen.
  • Good knowledge of Thai cuisine and cooking techniques.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Head Chef in menu development and kitchen management.
  • Supervise food preparation and ensure adherence to recipes and standards.
  • Manage kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef.
