Job description

Responsibilities

• Develops and improves test and burn-in processes, ensuring safety and compliance with ISO-9000 and BABT.
• Reviews and updates process specifications regularly.
• Monitors quality yields, drives corrective actions, and works with Quality Engineer on improvements.
• Assists in developing new equipment, fixtures, and test programs.
• Ensures preventive maintenance, calibration, and diagnostics are scheduled and completed.
• Coordinates maintenance and engineering activities for test processes.
• Supports new product introductions and line rearrangements.
• Oversees training and certification for manufacturing and maintenance teams.
• Evaluates new equipment and assists with capital justification.
• Manages recovery and repair of test processes, coordinating with relevant teams.
• Develops disaster recovery plans for test processes.
• Performs high-level repair, software configuration, and hardware connections.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of circuits, testing tools and Radio Frequency.
• Team player with good communication.
