Job summary

A leading consulting firm is seeking a Test Equipment Design & Support Engineer in Penang, Malaysia. This role involves maintaining, calibrating, and troubleshooting testing equipment to support electrical validation and hardware procurement. Candidates with a Diploma or Degree in a technical field are encouraged to apply, including fresh graduates. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance and qualification of test equipment.
• Ensure timely completion of service and calibration tasks.
• Lead troubleshooting of major equipment failures.
• Maximize uptime and performance of testing equipment.
• Support debugging and testing during electrical validation.
• Coordinate procurement and buyoff of new equipment/hardware.
• Maintain equipment documentation and service records.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth test operations.
