Job summary

A technology firm in Johor, Kulai is seeking an electronics engineer with at least a diploma and 2 years of experience in the electronic manufacturing industry, preferably in medical product manufacturing. Responsibilities include setting up testers, analyzing test yields, driving engineering evaluations, and improving machine uptime. Candidates with skills in circuit analysis and data analysis using Minitab will be prioritized. Familiarity with Teradyne and Agilent test systems is a plus. This role offers opportunities to drive improvements and lead root cause analyses.

Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities

Responsible for tester setup, debug, test yield tracking, analysis and improvement.

Improvement of machine uptime.

Perform Tester GR&R and correlation.

Lead and drive the root cause analysis on sudden high fallout and customer return boards.

Drive the engineering Evaluation activities.

Review and approve the engineering Evaluation reports.

Review and approve the qualification (IQ OQ PQ) report

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least diploma or above in electronics engineering.
• At least 2 years working experience in electronic manufacturing industry, preferably have experienced in Medical product manufacturing.
• Good skill in circuit analysis.
• Good skill in data analysis using the minitab tool.
• Knowledge and hands on skills with teradyne and agilent ICT test system (able to debug board / troubleshoot tester), burn-in tester.
• Six Sigma practitioner is an added advantage.
