Sin Yen Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Test and Service Engineer to join our team in Penang. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high performance and reliability of our mechanical engineering products. Your expertise will be instrumental in upholding our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

What you\'ll be doing

• Conducting thorough testing and evaluation of automatic machine or project to identify and resolve any issues
• Providing prompt and efficient on-site or remote technical support and servicing to customers
• Documenting testing procedures, findings, and recommendations for product improvements
• Collaborating with the Design team to enhance product design and performance
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to suggest innovative solutions

What we\'re looking for

• Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical or a related field
• With experience as a Test or Service Engineer in the automation industry will be added advantage
• Proven track record of successfully troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and colleagues
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Willingness to travel to customer sites when required
