In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high performance and reliability of our mechanical engineering products. What you\'ll be doing
  • Conducting thorough testing and evaluation of automatic machine or project to identify and resolve any issues
  • Providing prompt and efficient on-site or remote technical support and servicing to customers
  • Documenting testing procedures, findings, and recommendations for product improvements
  • Collaborating with the Design team to enhance product design and performance
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to suggest innovative solutions
What we\'re looking for
  • Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical or a related field
  • With experience as a Test or Service Engineer in the automation industry will be added advantage
  • Proven track record of successfully troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites when required
