Temporary Administrative Assistant (Quality Assurance)

Job summary: The Temporary Administrative Assistant (Quality Assurance) provides administrative and operational support to ensure effective implementation of quality assurance processes within the department. This role assists in documentation management, coordination of audits, monitoring quality-related activities, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Assurance Documentation
    • Assist in preparing, updating, and maintaining QA documents including SOPs, guidelines, quality manuals, and audit reports.
    • Ensure proper filing, tracking, and version control of QA documents.
  • Audit & Compliance Support
    • Assist in coordinating internal and external audits (MQA, ISO, HQ audits, etc.).
    • Prepare audit files, checklists, evidence, and documentation required by auditors.
  • Monitoring & Reporting
    • Support the monitoring of departmental compliance with quality standards and policies.
    • Compile data for quality reviews, meetings, and reporting purposes.
  • Administrative Coordination
    • Handle correspondence, schedule meetings, and prepare minutes related to QA activities.
    • Update internal databases, records, and documentation systems.
  • General Office Support
    • Manage general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, document circulation, and tracking.
    • Respond to inquiries related to quality assurance matters.
    • Support other QA tasks as assigned to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
