We’re looking for a Telesales Team Lead to join our team. Our teams are collaborative, vibrant and fast-growing, and all team members are empowered with the freedom to influence our business with ideas that drive innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telesales agents to ensure optimal performance and achievement of sales targets.
  • Develop and implement telesales strategies to drive revenue, acquire new customers, and retain existing ones. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and guidance, and assisting in improving sales results.
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, demonstration and mentoring to telesales agents to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
  • Oversee and, when necessary, participate in customer calls to ensure high-quality service and to resolve any escalated issues.
  • Set and review sales targets, ensuring the team meets or exceeds set goals for revenue, conversion rates, and other KPIs.
  • Continuously assess and improve telesales processes and workflows to enhance team productivity and sales results.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years in telesales, with at least 3‑5 years in a team lead.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
