What You’ll Do
  • Make outbound calls and manage assigned leads to promote telco products
  • Consistently meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Follow up with customers and internal support teams as needed
  • Actively learning about company products, processes and new updates
Requirements
  • Minimum SPM
  • Basic computer and system usage skills

You don’t need to tick every box, but you’ll thrive here if you:

  • Have 1–5+ years’ experience in sales, telesales, inside sales, business development or account management role (B2B or B2C)
  • Enjoy a target-driven environment and are motivated by commissions, bonuses and recognition
  • Are confident on the phone: strong communication, active listening and objection-handling skills
  • Are a team player who shares best practices and contributes to a positive, high-performing sales culture
