About the role

As a Telesales Executive at VSTECS Ku Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and driving programs/events through proactive outbound calling. This is based in Kota Damansara, Selangor, offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.

What you’ll be doing
  • Develop new customer relationships and maintain good rapport with existing customers via cold calling.
  • Drive demand generation and sales pipelines by updating and maintaining customer/partner database profiling & acquiring customer feedback via inbound, outbound call and email correspondence.
  • Provide information on company products and services, partnership recruitment/enablement and follow up on the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with vendor and internal sales team and Pre/Post sales team in driving programs and events for new prospects and existing customers.
What we’re looking for
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales or telesales role, preferably in the B2B or technology industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers.
  • Adaptable, self‑motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to achieving results.
