Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls and respond to inbound WhatsApp/phone enquiries to promote and sell travel packages
  • Handle English & Mandarin-speaking clients (Mandarin proficiency required) and provide clear, confident responses to enquiries.
  • Convert leads into confirmed bookings by offering compelling travel solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.
  • Deliver expert, personalized travel recommendations aligned with client preferences and budgets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Track and achieve daily/weekly call targets and sales KPIs.
  • Stay updated on travel destinations, packages, and promotions to present accurate and timely information.
  • Address customer concerns quickly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and positive reviews.
Requirements
  • Demonstrates a genuine enthusiasm for travel, coupled with a proven track record in sales, showcasing the ability to connect with clients and close deals effectively.
  • Exhibits a high level of comfort in call-based selling environments, with a demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales targets, and a strong commitment to performance-driven Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Possesses outstanding communication skills in both Mandarin and English, with proficiency in both spoken and written forms, enabling clear and effective interaction with a diverse clientele.
  • Exudes a friendly and persuasive demeanor over the phone, instilling confidence in customers and fostering trust in the brand.
  • Displays a proactive attitude, keen attention to detail, and an adeptness at handling customer objections with professionalism and poise.
  • Embodies a positive team spirit, contributing to a harmonious workplace culture and leading by example through collaboration and support of colleagues.
