A leading telco-tech company in Subang Jaya is looking for a motivated Telesales Agent to join their dynamic team. The role involves cold calling, delivering sales scripts, and providing exceptional customer service. Ideal candidates are results-driven, able to communicate in multiple languages, and have a minimum SPM qualification. Join us in powering transformation through 5G, AI, and innovation to impact over 20 million customers. This is a third-party contract role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum education qualification: SPM.
• Experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.

Telesales Agent

We are looking for a motivated and results‑driven Telesales Agent to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about sales, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, we would love to have you on board.

This is a third party contract role.

Location: CelcomDigi Hub, Subang Jaya

Business Unit: CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

You are:

• Confident in cold calling customers.
• Excellent oral, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Results driven, motivated for sales, persistent and self‑motivated to succeed.
• Able to work as a team member and accommodate multiple priorities.
• Be adaptable, able to work on new campaigns and priorities as they arise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prepared sales scripts that describe products or services to persuade existing or potential customers to purchase a product or service.
• Explain products, services and prices, answer questions from customers.
• Obtain customer information such as agreed plan/services purchased, payment method, and record into our systems following set processes.
• Comply with procedures, rules and regulations, reporting needed changes.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing results as needed.
• Complete tasks and call list assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum education qualification: SPM.
• Experience in sales or telemarketing will be an added advantage.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; candidates that can communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
