Job Description:

We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our sales team as Telemarketing Executives, working remotely from anywhere in Malaysia. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident on the phone, result-driven, and eager to earn beyond a fixed salary — perfect for those who want flexibility, a supportive team, and unlimited income potential.

This is a fully remote role with no in-person client meetings required. You will engage with prospective clients via outbound calls (leads provided), guide them through simple processes, and secure their interest or appointments. You will also handle follow-ups and basic administrative tasks through CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and gather necessary information
  • Introduce and explain services using provided scripts.
  • Handling objections confidently and professionally
  • Maintain accurate call logs and client data in the CRM system
  • Achieve monthly KPIs in client conversion, follow-up tasks, and sales targets
  • Support in preparing basic client quotations and documents preparation.
Requirements:
  • Diploma and above.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills especially in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is a plus.
  • Results-oriented, Persuasive, Self-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Prior experience in telesales/telemarketing/sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Drive, Sheets, etc.) is a bonus.
  • Open to candidates from all states – this is a 100% remote position.
  • Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle customer objections
