Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Introduce and explain company products/services clearly
• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Record customer information accurately in the system
• Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain good customer relationships and professionalism
• Work closely with the sales and admin team

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Experience in telemarketing or sales is an advantage
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Mandarin / Cantonese is a plus
• Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented
• Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, CRM, Excel)
• Able to work in an office environment

Working Hours

Monday to Friday

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

(Saturday half-day – optional, if applicable)

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,500 (depending on experience)
