Telemarketing & Customer Service Officer
Experience in telemarketing, call centre, or customer service is preferred
Experience in the beauty, facial, aesthetic, or wellness industry is an advantage
Strong communication skills with clear and professional phone etiquette
Comfortable making outbound calls and handling customer objections
Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, Excel, CRM or booking systems)

- HQ‑based position
- Working hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Responsibilities
Telemarketing & Customer Follow‑Up
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to book facial and beauty treatment appointments
- Follow up on enquiries, leads, and promotional campaigns
- Re‑activate inactive or past customers
- Clearly explain basic treatment packages, promotions, and benefits
- Achieve daily and monthly call, booking, and conversion targets
Customer Service
- Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer enquiries professionally
- Confirm, reschedule, and manage appointment bookings
- Provide accurate information on treatments, pricing, and promotions
- Ensure a positive and consistent customer experience
Sales Support
- Support consultants and sales teams by generating quality appointments
- Encourage trial treatments, packages, and repeat visits
- Collect and record customer feedback and objections for service improvement
Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or booking systems
- Track call outcomes, appointment conversions, and follow‑up status
- Prepare basic daily or weekly performance reports
Compliance & Teamwork
- Follow company SOPs, call scripts, and customer service standards
- Attend training sessions and team meetings
- Work closely with therapists, consultants, and outlet managers
