Requirements

• SPM and above (fresh graduates encouraged).
• Well-versed and good communication in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin an added advantage.
• Aggressive, result‑oriented, willing to accept challenges and a high achiever.
• Capable of performing in a fast‑paced environment and working under pressure.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of the telecommunication industry, especially in the business and enterprise segment.
• Willing to work extra miles to meet and achieve target.
• Ability to work on Malaysian public holidays and observe Singapore operating hours.

Responsibilities

• Generate calls and emails to potential customers with the main goal of achieving sales targets.
• Perform outbound sales calls and necessary follow‑up via email or calls to existing and potential customers based on prospect listings provided by the Company.
• Handle outbound and inbound transactions via voice and non‑voice.
• Explain products/services to customers in detail and convert potential leads to sales.
• Answer inquiries from customers related to sales presentation.
• Consistently meet sales targets based on assigned projects.
• Ensure a good and pleasant customer experience throughout the interaction.

  • Basic: RM2,500 – RM2,700
