Contacting customers and explaining the benefits and advantages of car / motorcycle insurance renewal services within the company
Using scripts to provide information about product features, prices, and presenting its benefits to customers
Convince customers to purchase by explaining how insurance services at the company to meet customer needs
Preparing and sending vehicle insurance quotes to customers via email
Recording customer personal information accurately in the computer system
Answering incoming calls and reading and replying to emails from customers prudently
Keeping call and sales records as well as user information records for future reference
Obtaining information on potential new customers from time to time for the purpose of increasing the achievement of monthly sales targets
Minimum Qualifications SPM, Diploma and Degree
Proficient in using computers and electronic requirements in work
Good communication and presentation skills
Proficient in negotiating with customers and handling complaints well
Patient and able to handle customers effectively
