Job description

Proactively prospect leads and qualified opportunities with potential clients

Providing support to qualified prospects and customers including follow up, and product information

Assess customer’s requirements, identify business problems and propose suitable products & solutions

Update prospects and clients’ interactions and other sales activities into the CRM system

Work closely with the sales team to accelerate sales cycle such as preparing quotations, proposals, and sending emails, etc

Coordinate sales purchase and order delivery by dealing with product distributor

Any ad-hoc tasks that are sales related as and when assigned by management

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a SPM qualification and above in IT/ mass communication/ marketing/ related field.

Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential as there are some Chinese speaking clients

Ability to influence by communicating ideas and technical concepts effectively

Ability to adapt, work independently in a fast-paced environment

Good command of Microsoft Office is essential.
