Qualifications

• Familiarity with package and device analysis methodology.
• Understanding of memory product technology, structure, and test processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform package and device analysis on production defects.
• Define the Failure Analysis flow for each case.
• Generate Failure Analysis reports and assist in root-causing defects.
• Maintain lab compliance with quality systems.
