Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in welding/fabrication, preferably with stainless steel.

Responsibilities

• Inspect purchased stainless steel equipment for cracks, broken joints or corrosion.
• Welding & Fabrication (TIG/MIG welding techniques)
• Salvage decisions

• Grind, polish or buff welded areas to restore a seamless, food-safe (if applicable) finish
• Remove rust/stains using chemical cleaners or sandblasting
• Stress‑test welded joints for durability
• Adhere to PPE protocols (welding masks, gloves, ventilation)

• Experience: 2+ years in welding/fabrication (stainless steel preferred)
