Job summary

A maintenance service provider in Negeri Sembilan seeks a Technician (Multi-Skilled) to execute preventive maintenance and support various systems. Ideal candidates should have a diploma in HVAC or Mechanical Engineering, possess two years of experience, and have knowledge in HVAC and plumbing. The role is a one-year contract with working hours from 8am to 5pm (Mon-Fri) and 8am to 12pm (Sat). Strong problem-solving skills and bilingual communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/Certificate/Diploma in HVAC/Mechanical Engineering, Electrical or related field.
• Minimum two (2) years related experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, pumps, civil works, basic electrical and mechanical systems.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive maintenance activities as per approved schedules.
• Attend to corrective maintenance and breakdown calls.
• Support HVAC, plumbing, pumps, civil works, basic electrical and mechanical systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and identify potential defects.
• Assist during emergency situations and after-hours incidents.
• Record works completed and submit daily/shift reports.

ES Critical Services Sdn Bhd’s core business is providing preventative and comprehensive maintenance service of Critical Facilities Environments in Data Centre, Hospital, Server farms, Call Centre, Semiconductors industries on UPS, CRAC, FAP, EMS, VESDA, Water Liquid Lead Detection system, Structure cabling and securities system, Generator Set System and others.

This is a One year Contract role. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technician to join our team. The successful candidate needs to start work by beginning of February 2026.

Working hours: 8am to 5pm (Mon-Fri) & 8am to 12pm (Sat)

Job Descriptions

• Execute preventive maintenance activities as per approved schedules.
• Attend to corrective maintenance and breakdown calls.
• Support HVAC, plumbing, pumps, civil works, basic electrical and mechanical systems.
