• Conduct inspection/ maintenance/ repair work of vehicles.
• To check and identify breakdown and make recommendations.
• Ensure job completed within specified time and communicate with Service Advisor on any additional job or any delays during the service.
• To ensure the working tools are well maintained and kept in a systematic and clean manner.
• Maintain the service vehicle up to cleanliness standard and in good condition.
• Know how to open and install tires neatly and make a tire cycle will be an added advantage
• To check the condition of the tires and rims.
• Provide guidance and advice on tire care to customers.
• Talking to the customer about any issues they are experiencing.
• Inspecting and assessing tire tread levels, wear patterns, valve quality, and overall health.
• Recommending appropriate repair treatment or replacement of tires.
• Repairing punctures and replacing faulty valves.
• Installing new tires.
• Balancing tires and completing wheel alignment procedures.
• Conducting inventory and maintaining equipment.
