We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technician to join our team. The Technician will be responsible for the installation, dismantling, and minor troubleshooting of GPS systems, Mobile Digital Video Recorders (MDVR), cameras, and other vehicle accessories. This role requires hands‑on technical expertise, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work independently in various vehicle environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Install GPS tracking systems, MDVR, cameras, and other accessories in vehicles.
• Dismantle and remove existing devices as required.
• Perform minor troubleshooting and repairs on installed systems.
• Ensure all installations are completed efficiently and meet company standards.
• Conduct testing to verify proper functionality of installed equipment.
• Provide basic training and guidance to customers on system usage.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and services provided.
• Follow safety protocols and company guidelines during installations.
• Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex issues.
• QC units and verify hardware issues.
• Provide timely reports for supervisors.
• Communicate between customer support and technical team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in installing and troubleshooting GPS, MDVR, and camera systems for vehicles.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and wiring.
• Ability to use hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Required to travel to customer locations and cross border to Singapore.
• Valid driver’s license and passport.
• Previous experience in automotive electronics installation.
• Technical certification in electronics, automotive technology, or a related field.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Possess own transport.
• Able to interpret schematic wiring diagram.

Working Conditions
