Job description

Responsibilities

Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical and electrical equipment at IETS and MPA.

Troubleshoot electrical faults on 3-phase motors, pumps and panels including overload trips, wiring issues and equipment failures.

Perform routine tasks such as tightening fittings, replacing hoses, checking valve performance, lubricating equipment and leak repair.

Coordinate with external vendors for major repair works or specialist servicing.

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure all maintenance and operational activities comply with JPB Safety rules, PTW requirements and AFES SOP.

Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment service logs, checklists and daily activity reports.

Support DOE compliance by ensuring all equipment operates sustainably and safely.

Health, Safety & Environment

Adhere to all safety procedures including proper PPE usage, chemical handling SOP and emergency response readiness.

Report any equipment abnormalities, unsafe conditions or incidents immediately to the Supervisor and Executive.

Ensure work areas are clean, safe and hazard-free at all times.
