Job description

Technician - Engineering, Plant & Process

• To carry out breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and improvement project to overall NGC premises.
• To carry out breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and improvement project for all area inside Hartalega

NGC premises. (Production lines, QA dept, Warehouse, Utilities, Compounding, Offices)

• To do all kind electrical panel isolation, troubleshooting and wiring work.
• To perform LOTO for all isolation work.
• To troubleshooting machine and carry out repair and modification if necessary.
• Ready for on-call duty after working hours.
• Willing to work on shift.
• To ensure downtime are minimal by performing the job efficiently.
• Always feedback to superior regarding any outstanding issues/items.
• To improve overall equipment efficiency (OEE).
• To ensure works/jobs done with high efficiency and quality.
• To liaise with other departments/plants for any activities related to multiple department involvement.
• To ensure KPI's targets are achieved.
• To ensure and practice self-safety of all works performed.
• To ensure all documents are done and kept properly in compliance with ISO and to keep track of all records (Checklists, commissioning reports, etc.)
• To ensure all works/jobs are standard compliance.
• To rectify complain from customers (internal or external).
• To carry out any jobs that were given from superiors.
• Always adhere to company rules, policy, and regulations.
• To always ensure burner for oven are always running efficiently.
• To perform annual maintenance execution work and complete on time
• To take care of all tooling and properties given to them.
• To attend all training held and customized to them,
• Shall be helping any other plant maintenance if needed or instructed by superior.
