Job Description

OVERVIEW

• To carry out total preventive maintenance for raw water intake and Raw Water Treatment Plant (RWTP).
• Ensure that the plant is running at optimum condition.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To carry out total preventive maintenance for raw water intake and Raw Water Treatment Plant (RWTP).
• To troubleshoot machine and carry out modification if necessary.
• Ready for on-call duty after working hours.
• Willing to work on shift.
• Always feedback to superior regarding any issues/items.
• To improve overall equipment efficiency (OEE).
• To ensure works/jobs efficiency and quality.
• To liaise with other departments/plants.
• To ensure KPI\'s targets are achieved.
• To ensure safety of all works.
• To ensure all documents are done and kept properly in compliance with ISO. And to keep track of all records.
• To ensure all works/jobs are standard compliance.
• To reduce breakdown time, and to prevent breakdown.
• To rectify complaints from customers.
• To carry out any jobs that were given from superiors.
• To do all kinds of electrical panel isolation, troubleshooting and wiring work.
• Ensure plant 5S is always in good condition.
• Always adhere to company rules, policy, and regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• SPM / Certificate or Diploma in electrical, mechanical or any equivalent or,
• Professional Engineering Certificate with minimum 3 years of experience in related field.

Work Experience:

• No working experience required.

Technical and Professional Knowledge:

• Knowledgeable in Raw Water Treatment (Optional).
