Responsibilities
  • Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance, including calibration and testing of laboratory equipment.
  • Perform minor repairs and replace faulty components as needed.
  • Prepare laboratory equipment, tools, and components before each lab session.
  • Execute preventive and corrective maintenance in assigned laboratories to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Oversee and coordinate the cleanliness, safety, and security of laboratory equipment, components, computers, software, and spaces.
  • Assist lecturers and students by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with laboratory equipment during experiments.
  • Conduct laboratory tests as requested, make observations, provide recommendations when necessary, and maintain accurate records of all data and results.
  • Conduct and compile customer satisfaction surveys.
