Responsibilities
- Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance, including calibration and testing of laboratory equipment.
- Perform minor repairs and replace faulty components as needed.
- Prepare laboratory equipment, tools, and components before each lab session.
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance in assigned laboratories to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Oversee and coordinate the cleanliness, safety, and security of laboratory equipment, components, computers, software, and spaces.
- Assist lecturers and students by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with laboratory equipment during experiments.
- Conduct laboratory tests as requested, make observations, provide recommendations when necessary, and maintain accurate records of all data and results.
- Conduct and compile customer satisfaction surveys.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Diploma holders must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Degree holders must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Capable of working under pressure and willing to work extra hours when required.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Skilled in electronic repair and troubleshooting.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team.
