As a Technician (Dental Equipment) at SKYDENTAL MALAYSIA SDN BHD, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily task to support our customers from different dental clinics. You will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of a wide range of dental equipment and instruments, contributing to the delivery of high-quality of after sales service.

About the role

As a Technician (Dental Equipment) at SKYDENTAL MALAYSIA SDN BHD, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily task to support our customers from different dental clinics. You will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of a wide range of dental equipment and instruments, contributing to the delivery of high-quality of after sales service.

What you'll be doing

• Performing in-house and on-site technical support and installation for dental Xray machines

• Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment, diagnosing issues, and implementing solutions in a timely manner

• Providing technical support and user training to dental staff on the proper use and care of equipment

• Ensuring all equipment and instruments meet safety and regulatory standards

• Other duties as assigned at times.

What we’re looking for

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering, Dental Technology or equivalent

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience and / or training in dental industry would be added advantages.

• Candidate with working knowledge of computer and dental imaging software will be considered a plus.

• Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to diagnose and repair dental equipment

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment

• Possess own transport & willing to travel as needed.
