We Are Hiring: Technician (CCTV, Traffic Light and M&E)

📍 Location: Istana (Royal Palace) & Other Project Sites
Join our dedicated technical team supporting high-priority maintenance, ELV system projects, and facility operations in a prestigious and fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

ELV System Installation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Configure, install, test, and commission ELV systems including CCTV, network switches, access control, panic buttons, PA systems, and fire alarm systems.
• Support installation, testing, and commissioning of fiber optic networks and related systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair ELV system faults using appropriate diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of service activities, installations, maintenance work, and system configurations.
• Respond promptly to service requests, system faults, and equipment breakdowns.

Project Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist in new project installations, system upgrades, and immediate troubleshooting activities.
• Provide technical support to wiremen and technicians at other project sites as required.

General Electrical & Facilities Maintenance

• Perform routine and emergency repairs on electrical, plumbing, sanitary, air-conditioning, and other mechanical systems to ensure smooth facility operations.
• Conduct regular inspections and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed in accordance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.

Requirements

• Certificate/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Building Services, or related technical fields.
• Experience in ELV systems and general facility maintenance is an advantage.
• Able to troubleshoot basic electrical, mechanical, and ELV issues.
• Willing to work at Istana and travel to other project sites when required.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision.
