Job Responsibility

• Provide technical support to clients and internal teams, addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues promptly and effectively.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems related to engineering systems, equipment, and software, identifying root causes and implementing appropriate solutions.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on engineering equipment and systems, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of new engineering systems and equipment, following established procedures and guidelines.
• Document technical issues, solutions, and maintenance activities accurately and comprehensively in the company's database.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and technicians to develop and implement process improvements and enhance the efficiency of technical operations.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams in Bahasa Malaysia and English, providing clear and concise explanations of technical issues and solutions.
