Job summary

A leading coffee solutions provider in Malaysia is seeking an experienced technician for coffee machine maintenance and troubleshooting. The role involves attending to customer service jobs, conducting site visits for installation, and ensuring all repairs are done efficiently. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, experience in machine maintenance, and a diploma in Mechatronics or Electrical. Willingness to travel and work overtime is required.

Job description

Responsibilities

- Attend to after sales service jobs at customers outlets / locations and ensure that all jobs are done with acceptable quality and speed.

- Conduct site visit at customers’ locations before any new installation jobs and propose any modification works needed. Attend to new machines installation at customers’ locations and ensure all installation & calibration works are done properly without mistakes.

- Diagnose and repair used / consignment machines belonging to company as and when required.

- Diagnose problems and failures in maintenance process and identify the needs to repair or replace equipment.

- Carry out major and minor repairs and services

- To maintain inventory and ensure the availability of required items to complete the necessary installation or repair.

- Ensure that all documents such as job sheets & D/Os are properly filled and return to office in timely manner.

- Ensure all company’s vehicles, equipment and tools are kept in good condition while using during jobs.

- Provide support by call to the technicians who is attending jobs for troubleshooting.

- To assist any order and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

• Candidates must have experience in coffee machine troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Possess strong commitment, good communication skills, able to work independently and self-motivated.
• Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, English.
• Applicant must willing to work in Shah Alam.
• Diploma in Mechatronic/Electrical is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in machine maintenance is advantage.
• Good experience in performing maintenance and repair for electrical related equipment.
• Willing to work on travel and commit to overtime.
• Have valid Driving license – D and GDL.
