Responsibilities

• Repair or replace damaged fixtures (lights, switches, sockets, doors, locks, hinges, ceiling boards, etc.).
• Perform routine inspections to identify and resolve issues related to electrical systems, plumbing, and general building facilities.
• Attend and respond to repair requests for basic electrical faults, plumbing leaks, clogged drains, damaged fittings, and other building-related defects.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for repairs or projects that require specialist work.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on essential building equipment (e.g., pumps, lighting, basic HVAC components).
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, repair logs, and parts usage.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and report any hazardous conditions.
• Able to lead and guide the team by allocating tasks and monitoring downline staff in their daily operations.
• Support improvement projects to enhance the building’s overall upkeep and efficiency.
• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements

• College or Vocational Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Maintenance, or related field.
