Job description

Overview

Daily machine and jig setting at each production line by following production assembly plan. Troubleshooter for machine breakdown and jig trouble. Performs set-up/changeovers, takes corrective action to eliminate production defects and reduce in-process losses with minimal support from superior. Performs machine preventive maintenance and prepares machines for line clearances. Remain current on proper procedures by reviewing current, revised, and new SOPs relating to the job and to the department. Follow the related legal requirement in working environment practice such as ISO requirement, Safety requirement etc. based on the Superior decision.

Responsibilities

• Daily machine and jig setting at each production line by following production assembly plan.
• Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and jig issues.
• Perform set-up/changeovers and take corrective actions to eliminate production defects and reduce in-process losses with minimal support from supervisor.
• Perform machine preventive maintenance and prepare machines for line clearances.
• Stay current on procedures by reviewing SOPs related to the job and department.
• Adhere to legal requirements in the working environment (ISO requirements, safety requirements, etc.) as directed by superior.
• Control related confidential items and ensure materials are not leaked to other parties; implement preventive actions.
• Attend trainings to increase awareness relevant to the work as planned by superior.
• Use, clean, and store tools and devices properly to prevent damage.
• Work in a cleanroom environment.
• Possess at least a Diploma level in engineering.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
