Job Summary

As a Technician at Carousel & Co., you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting game equipment, lighting, and audio-visual systems. You will collaborate with the Technician Manager and other team members to ensure a seamless experience for our guests. We value team players who are proactive and willing to assist others when necessary, without compromising their main duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance and repair of game equipment, lighting, and AV systems to ensure smooth operation.
  • Assist in setting up and configuring technical equipment as needed.
  • Regularly inspect equipment for safety and functionality, reporting any issues promptly.
  • Support other departments by helping with technical needs when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance schedules.
  • Follow safety protocols and uphold Carousel & Co.’s operational standards.
Requirements
