Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a candidate to assist with site installation works and support in the assembly of control panels. Responsibilities include preparing material take-off, operating workshop machines, and conducting inspections. Applicants should hold a diploma in Electrical & Electronic or related fields and be open to travel. Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least 3.0 CGPA in Diploma of Electrical & Electronic/Mechatronic/Instrumentation Control.
• Candidate must be able to travel outstation or overseas.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing material take-off and requesting quotations.
• Operate basic workshop machines and tools safely under supervision.
• Support assembly and wiring of equipment and control panels.
• Help with site installation works including cable trays and cable laying.
• Participate in site visits, inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing material take-off (MTO), requesting quotations, and coordinating with suppliers.

Operate basic workshop machines and tools safely under supervision.

Support assembly and wiring of equipment, control panels, and mechanical/electrical sub-assemblies.

Help with site installation works including cable trays, cable laying, termination, and labeling.

Participate in site visits, inspections, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance activities.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while providing progress updates to supervisors.

Foster a high-performance culture focused on our core values, accountability and growth.

Achieving the company’s yearly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) efficiently.

Maintain good working relationships with superior, employees, colleagues and HODs.

Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
