Job summary

A manufacturing company in Kapar, Selangor is looking for a candidate to operate manufacturing machines and ensure product quality. Responsibilities include setting up machinery, monitoring production, and performing maintenance. Candidates should have a relevant certificate or diploma and some experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred. Fresh graduates may also be considered. The role requires working shifts and a responsible attitude towards learning.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing machines and production lines according to standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Set up, adjust, and change tooling, dies, or machine parameters as required.
• Monitor production output, cycle times, and product quality.
• Record production data, downtime, and defects accurately.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Conduct in‑process inspections and quality checks.
• Follow safety rules and factory procedures.
• Perform daily, weekly, monthly and preventive maintenance on designated machine/equipment based on TPM requirement.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment (fresh graduates may be considered).
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and machine operation.
• Able to work shifts and overtime when required.
• Responsible, hands‑on, and willing to learn.
