Job description

To ensure building facilities are maintained at high standards.

• Perform preventive and breakdown technical support maintenance for building services, mechanical, electrical, facilities equipment and other associated building maintenance work such as miscellaneous repairs of doors, windows, etc.
• Maintain assigned equipment in proper working order.
• Maintain a proper inventory of equipment, supplies, and other necessary items required to perform duties assigned.
• Prepare daily work report.
• Able to diagnose and offer repair suggestions for faults in electrical, water, plumbing and AC reticulation.
• Able to work without supervision.
• Back driver when necessary.
• Available for call out or shift duty.
• Any other duties and ad hoc tasks assigned by Superior.
