Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technician located in Ipoh. Responsibilities include conducting regular maintenance checks, troubleshooting technical issues, repairing vehicles, and ensuring all services meet brand quality standards. The Technician will also collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and follow procedures and protocols set by the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair on customer vehicles.
• Identify problems with vehicles using the diagnostic equipment.
• Explain repairs and issues and provide great customer service.
• Plan repair procedures using charts manuals and experience.
• Test the functionality of parts and systems.
• Perform basic auto care and maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid level checks, and tire rotation.
• Perform routine maintenance and general mechanic work on vehicles.
• Help keep repair shop clean and organized.

Requirements

• Possesses at least a SKM 1 in Automotive Car or Motorcycle.
• Minimum 1 year of experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Motorcycle experience.
• Completion of all factory authorized formal training programs such as PHD, Service Schools and/or 1 year of equivalent work experience.
• Willing to work at Ipoh, Perak.
