We are looking for an Onsite Technical Support Specialist to handle troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of PCs, laptops, printers, networking devices, and software. The role includes responding to service requests, installing and configuring systems, and performing preventive maintenance to ensure smooth IT operations.
Any similar hands‑on experience in troubleshooting laptops, desktops, printers, and related peripherals.
Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, alcoholism basics (LAN/WiFi), and antivirus tools.
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
