Technical Support [IT Helpdesk- Onsite] (bukit Bintang)

We are looking for an Onsite Technical Support Specialist to handle troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of PCs, laptops, printers, networking devices, and software. The role includes responding to service requests, installing and configuring systems, and performing preventive maintenance to ensure smooth IT operations.

Job Requirements

Any similar hands‑on experience in troubleshooting laptops, desktops, printers, and related peripherals.

Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, alcoholism basics (LAN/WiFi), and antivirus tools.

Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite support, troubleshooting, and repair for hardware (PC, laptop, printer, networking devices) and software issues.
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and office equipment.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems, applications, drivers, and security updates.
  • Respond to service requests, incidents, and escalations within agreed SLA timelines.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and health checks on IT equipment.
  • Document service reports, repair logs, and-cl inventory updates.
  • Basic communication skills, including greeting users and gathering relevant information to identify issues.
