Job description

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all repairs performed meet the company’s quality standards
• Disassemble, test, and replace defective parts
• Reassemble complete device
• Maintain cleanliness and professional store image and repair stations
• Support productivity by ensuring all requests handled in a timely manner
• Meet or exceed key performance service and repair objective
• Attend and complete company’s technical and non-technical training

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/\"O\" Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Engineering - Electronics/Communication or have knowledge of phone systems and components.
• Able take multiple tasks.
• Preferably can start to work immediately.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply as training will be provided.
