Job description

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, product design, and managing Bill of Material (BOM) calculations. Key duties include:

Bill of Material (BOM):

• Perform BOM calculations based on orders and input data into the system.

Product Design:

• Design product sketches and develop prototypes based on proposed ideas, specifications, and BOM.
• Take leadership in assigned projects, ensuring they progress on schedule.
• Develop detailed project plans in collaboration with manufacturing, sales, and marketing teams to manage all aspects of product development and production.

Technical Support:

• Provide technical backup and support to internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
• Offer customization on existing product designs and features according to customer requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in product design, BOM calculations, and technical support.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and track development projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with internal teams and customers.
• Proficiency in design tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, CAD).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required due to the work location.
