Job summary

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Manage paperwork and documentation related to product specifications, testing, and compliance standards in relation to SIRIM, MIDA, and any related authorities.
  • Handle product warranty documentation, maintaining accurate records and facilitating warranty claims when required.
  • Product Testing: Coordinate and facilitate product testing arrangements and ensuring adherence to regulatory and quality standards.
  • System Progress: Oversee and update system progress related to product specifications, testing, and compliance standards, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
  • SIRIM / Audit: Responsible for SIRIM and any related authority audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and addressing any non-conformities.
  • Cross-functional Team Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of relevant requirements with overall business operations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies to stay updated on industry standards and best practices.
  • Quality Assurance: Provide support in the development and implementation of quality assurance processes to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
  • Communication Coordination: To serve as point of contact between Executive Director and internal/external stakeholders, managing communication channels effectively.
  • Project Support: To provide crucial support for ongoing projects by assisting in project coordination, tracking milestones, and facilitating communication among team members.
  • Meeting Coordination: To coordinate and organize meetings for Executive Director, ensuring that necessary resources, information, and follow-up actions are appropriately managed.
  • To perform any other duties at the discretion of the company.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 years of progressive experience in technical operations within the construction / sealant or relevant industry.
  • Proficient in technical documentation, product testing methodologies, and quality assurance processes.
