TECHNICAL ASSISTANT TO ASSISTANT PROJECT DIRECTOR

We are seeking a talented Technical Assistant to join our dynamic team at Pembinaan Teguh Maju Sdn Bhd as an Assistant Project Director. This is a full-time position based in Terengganu, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of our construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Project Director in overseeing the day-to-day operations and coordination of construction projects
• Provide technical support and advice to project teams, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety standards
• Participate in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets, contributing to the overall success of the project
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of any issues
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other project-related documentation
• Support the Assistant Project Director in managing the project team, including providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff

Qualifications
