Responsibilities

• Technical support: Troubleshooting issues, maintaining hardware and software, and ensuring technical equipment is running smoothly.
• Project assistance: Helping with project-related tasks such as feasibility studies, data collection, report preparation, and developing prototypes or code from technical requirements.
• Liaison duties: Acting as a point of contact for clients, other departments, or vendors to relay information and resolve issues.
• Maintenance and upkeep: Performing tests and repairs on equipment, organizing inventory, and keeping up with technical developments.
