Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the improvement, maintenance, and repair of building facilities and assets at VDC Serendah (and support VDC Segambut & Ceranamas Car Park when needed).
• Perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair works on equipment, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and related systems.
• Support the upkeep of buildings, grounds, and operational equipment.
• Maintain accurate inspection reports, maintenance records, and equipment logs.
• Conduct general repairs such as painting, wall patching, security hardware fixes, and minor carpentry.
• Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and equipment.
• Coordinate installation, inspection, and maintenance activities with contractors and vendors.
• Assist in facility renovation projects and new construction works.
• Ensure safety compliance and support day-to-day Safety & Security (SS) activities.
