The ideal candidate will ensure project completion on schedule and manage documentation and compliance requirements. Responsibilities include material management, monitoring project progress, and maintaining compliance with HSE policies. Applicants should have a minimum SPM qualification and 1-2 years of related experience, particularly in transmission work. This position offers a salary starting from RM 2,400 per month.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project is completed as per schedule.
• Monitor material purchases to site according to schedule.

• Ensure daily reports are submitted by supervisor.
• Manage documentation per ISO standards.

Position: Technical Assistant (Johor Projek)

Salary: From RM 2,400 per month

Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:45 PM (Monday - Friday)

Requirements

• 1-2 years related experience.
• Have experience doing transmission work.
• Willing to go to site.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project complete as per schedule. Drive supervisor and monitor project completion as per schedule.
• Ensure material purchase reach at site according to the schedule.
• Ensure tools are enough throughout project execution.
• Ensure project complete without NCR or rework. Reduced number of sheath faults and energisation pass at once.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policy and requirements.
• Ensure supervisor submits daily reports.
• Ensure project secretary handles documentation as per ISO and checks all correspondence to client.
