Job summary

A property development company in Malaysia is looking for a Sales Team Leader to manage and motivate a sales team. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the real estate industry and proficiency in communication, negotiation, and MS Office. You will monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and ensure all processes align with company standards. Attractive remuneration and allowances are provided, as well as support for travel and holiday work.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage Sales Team to ensure they stay motivated to achieve sales target set.
  • Provide technical and emotional support to team through regular feedback.
  • Monitor and ensure assigned sales target is achieved within timeline set.
  • Prepare weekly sales report update to superior.
  • Ensure sales office, mock up units and showrooms are well maintained and regularly report to superior if any issues arise.
  • Keep abreast of new guidelines on loan procedures, government regulations and any other market update issue; update team members on the information.
  • Perform close follow up with potential prospects and respond customer enquiries promptly.
  • Build & maintain good rapport with existing and potential customers to increase customer loyalty.
  • Consolidate customers and purchasers feedback and report to superior.
  • Assist superior to conduct market research and compile competitor analysis on their launches, promotional packages, concept and feature of the development.
  • Ensure all processes are according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and review its effectiveness from time to time.
  • Undertake and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed and assigned by the immediate superior.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 year of sales experience in property development or real estate industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Willing to travel and work on weekends or public holidays when required.
