Responsibilities
  • Solicit new-to-bank clients to generate business opportunities across lending, treasury, trade finance and cash management products.
  • Lead a team of Commercial Banking Relationship Managers to achieve business targets and productivity goals.
  • Manage team performance, providing coaching and feedback to team members.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Conduct regular client reviews to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including risk managers, product specialists to develop tailored solutions for our clients.
  • Ensure compliance to the Bank’s policies and guidelines.
Requirements
  • A degree holder in a relevant field, such as business or finance
  • At least 10 years of working experience in SME/commercial banking and at least of 3 years of leadership experience managing a team
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to understand complex business needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Strong business acumen, with a focus on driving sales growth and delivering exceptional client service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • AICB Certification is an advantage
