Team Lead - UI/UX

Responsible for designing and delivering high-quality, user-friendly interfaces and experiences for Public Mutual’s digital platforms, including online and mobile applications. Apply user research and data insights to create effective, user-centered designs that enhance customer satisfaction and engagement. Collaborate closely with business teams, developers, and stakeholders to align design goals and ensure smooth implementation. Continuously test, analyze, and improve designs to ensure efficiency, accessibility, and an excellent user experience. Lead user experience (UX) research and usability testing to gather feedback and drive data-informed design enhancements.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver high-quality, user-friendly interfaces and experiences for Public Mutual’s digital platforms, including online and mobile applications.
  • Apply user research and data insights to create effective, user-centered designs that enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with business teams, developers, and stakeholders to align design goals and ensure smooth implementation.
  • Continuously test, analyze, and improve designs to ensure efficiency, accessibility, and an excellent user experience.
  • Lead user experience (UX) research and usability testing to gather feedback and drive data-informed design enhancements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
  • Proficient in design and prototyping tools (e.g. Adobe XD).
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, and design best practices for web and mobile.
  • Solid project management skills and ability to coordinate across teams.
  • Familiarity with financial industry standards and compliance is an advantage.
