Qualifications

  • Proficient in SAP-ECC and Microsoft Excel, with a strong understanding of Macros and Pivot Tables.
  • Solid understanding of the R2R process, including material product costing.

BAT Digital Business Solution has an exciting opportunity for a Team Lead – Product Costing

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage NPI costing, reconciliations, transaction processing, financial analysis.

Responsibilities
  • To monitor and execute a range of assigned tasks, such as NPI Costing, reconciliations, transaction processing, financial analysis and reporting, using the appropriate system (SAP-ECC) and agreed standard processes.
  • Coordinate and perform period-end activities including Material Ledger to ensure period is closed as per timetable agreed.
  • Review reports and reconciliations prepared by team members to ensure outputs are accurate and long-outstanding items are properly followed-up and escalated.
  • Perform testing of new systems/technology and processes as and when required to minimize potential problems to operations.
  • Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports as per agreed timeline, to facilitate end markets’ review and analysis.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in product costing and month-end closing.
  • Proficient in SAP-ECC and Microsoft Excel, with a strong understanding of Macros and Pivot Tables is preferable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with effective time management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Oral and written) with proven stakeholder management and a track record of leading teams and managing performance.
  • Solid understanding of the R2R process, including material product costing.
